Find A Mentor ~ Get A Coach

Having a mentor or coach you can trust to guild you is one of the key elements to success with your online business.

If you have not found a mentor or coach you can trust and feel comfortable with please keep looking.

Your mentor or coach does not have to be one of the top so called "guru" marketers. Most of the so called "marketing guru's" have made it to the top and they are to busy with their own lives to give you the personal attention you need to move forward with your online business.

They are too busy making money for themselves and some see mentoring as a quick way to receive even more money from those who do not know whether they are receiving expert guidance or not.

There are a few exceptions.

A mentor can give you focus.

Without a mentor to advise you about what to work on, you could spend years skipping from one promising course of action to another.

Find a mentor who is right for you. The first thing to consider when seeking a mentor is your goals. Define what you are looking for and where you need a mentor's support, then, observe their success.

A good mentor is someone who has a system in place. A good mentor will be someone who has the knowledge and insight to guild you to your goals.

A good mentor is usually a successful marketer who knows that what they are recommending to you will work, and knows who are the reliable experts that you may need, like a good web designer, a reliable autoresponder company or webhost.

Consider a coach who will have strengths in the areas you need help the most.

If you want to be part of a mentoring program there will probally be a cost as most good mentors charge for their time and guildence.

Do not look at the price as a expense but as an investment in yourself and your business.

Maybe you won't have to pay for a mentor at all. You may find someone whom you feel is both creative and innovative and you like their style, then just read their information and implement their techniques.

Just make sure they truly make money online.

Once you find a mentor you are comfortable with make sure they understand your needs and what goals you are needing to acomminlish.

Know what you want and have clear goals for the relationship.

Don't expect your mentor to be an expert in every facet of your business.

Every mentoring program has a beginning and an end.

Eventually your business relationships with your coach will end but you both may choose to stay in contact with each other from time to time.

You may consider finding a new or different mentor. A new mentor can further expand your knowledge skills and perspectives.

You are never too experienced to benefit from the support of a mentor.
